DIZ_Round10StLouis

Well this is the first track that I had ever created. My friends loved it and told me that I should make more. So I set off to design the whole SX series. What a chore! I hope that you have downloaded the other 8 tracks in the series and if you haven’t, please do so. I apologize about the MCM2Racing.com website. The response was overwhelming and we’re sorry to let you down. Time just became too scarce. I’d like to thank AUS_Twisted for all of the help that he gave me on this track. He did the awesome textures and was a great help in offering ideas to make the track more realistic and play better. Damn him for all those changes and having to redo the spline which took forever….hehe….but he really knows his racing! I’d also like to thank ‘ the Machein ‘ for the very first e-mail that let me know that I was on to something. He gave me encouragement and still does everytime we talk. He was responsible for getting me in the ZONE at the right time to make my dreams come true. Both of these guys are class acts and have earned my utmost respect. Well onto the track and I hope you like it!

DIZ_Round10StLouis ( A WALK AROUND THE TRACK )

The gate drops and your neck snaps as you shift through the gears on your factory ride. You reach 6th gear tapped and you grab for more down the long starting straight and into a set of left handed corners. Top speed now, the riders must drag the brakes through the LONG set of whoops and over the ending double, into the left handed double berm. Outside can loft you over the table top, landing on the 3ft bump, while inside you can power out and over. Once back on ground level, riders must squeeze every ounce of power out of their bikes to clear the next triple and land on it’s steep and tricky down ramp, sending them into SX’s first and only ‘inside raised berm’. This berm can be railed through the middle/outside, or slowly negotiated inside, by weighting the outside peg and rolling off the gas. Now the riders are headed back down the starting straight, ripping through the gears again to get the best position for the upcoming speed double. Reminiscent of Atlanta, the riders must do some heavy braking to slow their machines almost to a halt, and hop the double into the left handed berm. ( Watch out for the hidden mogul inside. ) Throttle control is important to gas onto the next table shelf and brake up the steep triple take-off, to keep your bike from punching a whole in the ozone. Landing from the triple, you can setup on the worn inside or the steeper outside of the next jump combo, and drop into the left handed double berm. Exiting this berm, riders are faced with the most unrhythmic section so far! Into a right handed double berm at the end of this section and a sprint for the finish, sending you up and over the stair jump, 3ft jump, and ramp to the finish table top. Down the table top landing you hop onto the raised berm, smooth left and jump into a set of evenly spaced 3ft kickers. This next left handed berm sends the riders over the back of one of the starting berms and back onto the long whoop section.

I’m tired just walking it! Now put 20 of the world’s best SX riders, out for blood, elbow to elbow on this track, and you have DIZ_Round10StLouis!

Tear it up guys and gals and please send comments, questions and suggestions to Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡@≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ≡Ξ.com
